Ksana really started when our founder Claire's search for an ethically produced and cruelty free watch failed to deliver any results which also fit her style. Frustrated with a lack of good looking options, it led her to design and create her own.
What followed was months of designing, sourcing suitable ethical suppliers and testing. She started Ksana so that others who share her passion for the environment, animals and design could share in her work and help live a more ethical lifestyle, whilst looking great at the same time!
Officially launched in 2019, Ksana now has a small team who passionately strive to ensure continued product quality, top customer service and reduce the companies environmental impact.

At Ksana, our true core value is and always has been the environment. We are a cruelty free company and strive to leave the smallest environment footprint possible.
All of our watches are 100% vegan and cruelty free and produced in a solar powered factory which recycles both waste and water where possible. The workforce also have high standards of work and safety and are of course fairly paid.
Our boxes and packaging materials are also made from 100% recycled materials and can either be upcycled or recycled once they have completed their job of protecting our products on route to you.
When designing a watch from scratch we knew we always want to create it in a style that would last a lifetime, whilst still being bold and individual. We at Ksana are concerned about the impact that fast fashion is having on the environment and wanted to help combat it. We designed this watch to be timeless and fun. This will enable our watch to last within the changing trends and fashions and prevent its environmental impact.
The name Ksana is derived from the Buddhist perception of time. Buddhist belief tells how a ksana is an imperceptibly small amount of time, in which all kinds of things happen that elude our conscious awareness.
For us, Ksana embodies the desire to have fun without continued stimulation from the "always on", technologically-connected world in which we live. We want to refocus our conscious awareness on the issues surrounding our planet today.
